Training & Nutrition Rolling Programme
This popular way of training and nutrition gives you both direction and self motivation all at the same time!
You will have a 1:1 lasting 1 hour. This session can be used for assessment of movements, soft tissue work, Pro Metabolic Eating advice and tracking and of course checking in/coaching through a new strength training program. The exercises can be modified to either some simple equipment/basic dumbells at home to going to a gym.
On the app 'truecoach' you will be set up to 3 workouts per week for the next month (depending on goals, lifestyle, overall metabolic health). Once you complete each workout and enter your results and any comments into the app, they will be reviewed and adjusted/progressed as appropriate. You will still have support during the weeks but there is a level of commitment required in order to reach your agreed goals.
