Four sessions, each lasting forty five minutes where we work with you on the specific areas of follow up that were raised from your Mummy MOT. This could involve any number of treatments and will be specific to your needs. This may include soft tissue release, scar therapy, breath, core and pelvic floor work, stability, strengthening and nutrition.
