The Menopause MOT is a 1 hour fully comprehensive and Client tailored assessment where we take a look at your whole lifestyle; stress, nutrition, movement and exercise, sleep and pelvic health. We will talk about changes that could be made to either set yourself for a great Peri to Post Menopausal transition or to help reduce your current symptoms. You will receive a personalised report via email following this assessment. In order to make this assessment as personal as possible you will be asked to complete a Menopausal Symptom Checker prior to your MOT.
