This 1hr 15min online session will involve a full assessment of your history and what has led you to have the operation. Topics that will be covered will include your symptoms, hormonal changes (if applicable), lifestyle factors and modifications that you have had to make.

There will be a tailored physical assessment of your posture and movement patterns (all very online friendly) to understand what your baseline of strength and movement is prior to surgery.
