Physio Initial Assessment & Treatment

In this 1hr assessment a full history will be taken about your complaint. A physical examination will take place of the problem area and you will probably we asked to carry out some movements. From the results of this assessment there will be an explanation as to why you are experiencing the problem.

There will be a treatment session within this first appointment specific to your needs. This may include manual therapy, soft tissue release, advice, home recovery program to improve strength and mobility.
