Strength & Pro Metabolic Initial Assessment
In this first session a detailed history of your lifestyle, stage and age will be taken. Your mobility and strength will be assessed and coaching will begin in this first session depending on the results of the assessment.
As nutrition is as important as building strength, you will be asked to get the app 'cronometer' and will be shown how to start inputting everything you eat/drink for 2 weeks (with no judgement). Yes it is a faff but in order to get the results you want we need to know your baseline.
From the outcome of both the physical assessment and nutrition data a program specific to you will be set.
