The Strength and Pro Metabolic Program

Initial Assessment 1hr £65

This is where we find out how your body is moving and your baseline of strength.  You will also be asked to down an app called ‘cronometer’ to start tracking what you would normally eat/drink every day for 2 weeks.

4 week rolling programme - £100 per month

  • 1 x 1hr in person 1:1
  • Via an app ‘truecoach’ 3 workouts are programmed per week tailormade from the results of your assessment
  • The workouts are amended/progressed weekly to ensure you are getting results.
  • Via an app 'cronometer' personalised macronutrients are set, food will be tracked with support and expert advice given weekly.
