After having a baby it is important to understand the demands that running places on the body.
Using the 'Return to Running Safely After Childbirth' a detailed history is taken along with assessment of specific impact movements required for running.
An electronic report will be sent after the appointment. This will contain a specific plan (from the results of the assessment) to return to running.
