2nd Trimester Strength 1:1
- A wonderful time to start to strengthen the core muscles, build stamina and resilience as you progress through your pregnancy
- This assessment and tailor made treatment will include your changing posture, breathing and core strength
- Management and advice of conditions such as pelvic girdle pain, Diastasis Recti and urinary incontinence
- Nutritional support of how to support your body and your growing baby.
3rd Trimester Preparation 1:1 (1hr - £65)
- This is the time for preparation
- This assessment will teach you ways to prepare physically for labour and birth, vaginally or for a C-Section
- Education of what to expect at each stage
- Nutritional Support of how to support your body and your growing baby
- Preparing for the fourth trimester, what you can expect physically and how to get give yourself the best healing and recovery possible.
